Playing 1882 with default settings of 2-man rotation. All the other teams in league to have 2-man rotations, but for my human controlled team 2-man rotation is not an option and if I just put in 2 SPs the AI uses 3rd pitcher as starter after #2 starter is used.

Below is screen shot of lack of 2-man rotation choice although in game setup 2-man rotation is chosen.
