Cryomaniac is correct. The problem occurs on more screens than just the Rule 5 Draft. If I run across a screen with a missing Position menu in the course of playing, I'll try to remember to take a screen shot and post it (although it's not hard to visualize what a screen with a missing Position menu looks like ...).
