Make absolutely sure 7-day rosters are not turned on.
If they are, with pitchers filled in and "sub for tired starting pitcher" off, then weird things happens.

I find it best to NEVER list starting pitchers in 7-day lineups. I know why it was added recently, but I don't ever use it, especially if "clear rosters after use" is set to NO.
