As for the my_send_email issue, I was unable to find a manager that had that as an email. I do not know if it has something to do with my email server or not. Maybe there is some sort of port problem. It just seems strange that it will send the email to everyone but miss one person each time I run the sim. I found that it even skipped me one time and I know my email is right.

Sorry, I must have missed your reply on this.
If you are still having a problem, try manually sending the emails not using the Automator. In the Commissioner Automator screen, on the left should be a link to manually send the emails. When you click on it, a box pops up asking what day the sim started on for that session. Choose the proper date and then send the emails from there. You should have a screen pop up with each email that it attempts to send, with their email address. If it hangs on one, you can see exactly which email it hangs on. (You will need to watch this process though in order to tell which one hangs, but it is quick).
