What I don't understand is why injury frequency was added to the on-field injuries but NOT the off-field injuries. Frequency is even more important in the off-field injuries because there's such a wide variety of events in the database. Some of these happen as often as every few weeks. Others may have happened once ever in the history of baseball!
Sadly, this is yet another example of something important finally be addressed in OOTP, but so incompletely that it results in even greater frustration.
