But it sounds like others note the same problem. So, my final say on this...
...I understand that the various ratings (contact vs eye vs speed, etc) interact in mysterious ways to give an overall rating, but when that overall rating is, for instance, 5-stars, the written summary shouldn't say "Simply hopeless at the plate..." or such. If the AI, as filtered through the lens of my Scout, rates the player 5-stars, the words should back it up; or vice versa. I'm not suggesting that the scouting report be accurate (I like a bit of real world randomness/ambiguity/mistakes) ...just that the words and numbers match.
However, since the minor league DL thing got fixed (my biggest complaint), I'm well satisfied
