I don't know if you've gotten this resolved or not. I also don't know what version of Windows you're using, but I'm going to take an educated guess and say it's probably Vista. If so, you may have to run the setup as an administrator (assuming you have the rights to do so in Windows). Right click on the setup application, then left click on "Run As Administrator".
