If I remember correctly, in OOTP 9, success rates on stolen bases were not affected by pitcher's holding ability or catcher's arm strength.

Has this been fixed?

I ask because in my first fictional season, the guy with a 12 arm threw out a much higher % than the guy with an 18 arm.

Also, I saw absolutely no correlation between holding ratings and stolen base % against my 4 starting pitchers. The guy with an 18 holding rating gave up the highest % of stolen bases and the guy with a low holding rate was the most successful at keeping runners honest.

I know it's a small sample size though. Anybody know whether holding rate and cather arm strength actually impact stolen bases?
