The OSA scouting is much more inaccurate than your team scouting would be. The accuracy of your team scouting depends on the accuracy setting you give to scouting in the "game setup" screen and how much you budget towards your team's scouting. Overall though, the accuracy of the OSA scouting is far below the accuracy of your team scouting.
