Hi, sorry for the delay in responding to this query. I've set up a league as you've described and unfortunately am not getting any of the lockups you're getting.
The only difference (apart from specs - your machine is more powerful) is that I've not got indexing or anti-virus looking at my OOTP directories.
Could you try turning indexing off, and adding the My Documents > Out of the Park Developments directory to your AV exclusion list?
