I installed OOTP 10 on a PC running VISTA Ultimate. Ran the game once and all was OK. When I tried to start game again today (double click on icon with admin privs set) and get the dialog box to run or cancel and I select run nothing happens.

How can I resolve this? (I've turned DEP off)
