The best starting pitcher availables have .5 potential. Plenty of talent for MR, as always. Basically my Scouting Director, who has 20 ratings across the board, is telling me that there is no potential major league talent left on the board (with the exception of MRs) around 34 picks into the draft. Maybe it's just a down year talent-wise? Or has anyone else seen this?
This may be a function of how many rounds you have the game set to create players for. The more rounds you have in your draft, the deeper the talent pool.
