For starters, you can get away with guys with very low Stuff if his Movement and Control are good. With relievers, you can get away with guys whose Control is a little lower if they strike out a ton of guys and give up few homers (Stuff and Movement, respectively). Though, of course, you have to expect the odd three or four walk appearance.
