I'm coming over from OOTP5 to the new game after a few year hiatus. I would like to join a couple leagues and be competitive.

What's the minimum defensive and arm ratings you want at any given position? I miss the easy A-E ratings.

Also, can you use a poor fielding/good hitting catcher or is it the kiss of death? Is it an automatic shift to 1B (and what if 1B is already filled by a stud)?

What are the best stats/ways/screens to evaluate the player you currently have in all facets?
