This may be the same issue as already logged BZ3148, but the circumstances are slightly different so I am posting it.

Top of the 2nd, bases loaded, two outs, batter singles, runner on third scores, runner on second rounds third and tries to score as well but is thrown out at the plate to end the inning. The game log does not acknowledge that the run scored in the half-inning summary, but it shows up properly in the summary for the next half inning. In the box score, pitcher is charged with the run but not the earned run.
