If the schedule file has an All-Star Game date specified in it (it'll be listed in the header of the schedule file as:
allstar_game_day="XX"
where XX is the number of the day in the season the All-Star Game falls on, e.g. 90th day, 100th day, etc.
If that's in the file, you don't really need the "Automatically Schedule All-Star Game" option enabled. That option is intended for schedule files without a specified All-Star Game date; the game selects the approximate midpoint of the schedule, adds a three-day break, and puts an All-Star Game on the middle day.
If you have the option enabled and there's an All-Star Game specified in the file, the game gets confused.
