It would be interesting to see how Carlos Perez from Afino's screenshot would fair in a starting role...Would he be effective for a few innings and then start to lose it as the hitters see him for the second time....How will these pitchers be effected if you do indeed start them? Your Perez guy would be a perfect test subject to see how he would fair as a starter compared to a reliever...
