Dedicated size versions help, but nevertheless detailed logos lose something, sometimes alot, when reduced past a certain point. This is less of an issue as the logo gets simpler.
For lots of folks, they may not notice, or care. But as someone who has designed some logos, I think I speak for a good number of designers when I say I'd like the logo work displayed in the best possible manner. The aesthetics matter to some of us.  |
I agree with you, which is why if it is possible to use a separate simple logo for the standings screen, maybe a cap logo letter(s) or something like that. It could work very well.
