when a stable OOTPX comes out, I plan to re-start my World Baseball League, including a promotion and relgation system, similar to the Snglish Football Setup.

I want to make the differences between the 4 divisions noticible, but not make it impossible to get promoted and stay there. I already pla to have Division 1 teams draft first in each round of the drafts, followed by Division 2 teams etc.

My one concern is on what percentage of the Division 1 TV contracts should I make those of teams in Division 2, 3 and 4. I was thinking of perhaps 80, 60 and 40% respectively. Any thoughts?
