Markus has already said that it will include the same pitches as v9, so no.
What I've always done with that version is to use a modern-day pitch that moves somewhat similar, and know in my mind what it "really" is. I.E., for a pitcher who changed speeds a lot in the 19th c., I'd give him a changeup as a second pitch, but in my mind that translates to "he just took something off the fastball." For the spitter, a slider is apparently a good comp. There are still old-timers who refuse to believe that it is possible to make a pitch move in the way a slider does just with a grip, and that every slider pitcher is actually tossing a spitter and getting away with it.
