I have just updated OOTP9 to the latest version (9.2.13), and have tried to start a historical league from 1871 and get the uneven number of teams error. I have deleted the .odb file as suggested, but it still does not work. Any more suggestions?

As an aside, upon updating, I can no longer access my earlier saved games from OOTP9, but the website tells me I should be able to. I had a fictional Australian league going and don't want to lose it. Again, any suggestions?
