The first six teams in the Centenary League (founded 1877) will be:
Brooklyn Knights - Northwest Chapter Park
Colours: Blue and Silver
Queens Baseball Club - The Queens Baseball Club
Colours: Black and White
Manhattan Saracens - Hudson Bank Park
Colours: Green and Blue
Philadelphia Liberty - Pennyslvania Park
Colours: Red, White and Blue
Boston Adams - Tremont Street
Colours: Blue and White
Pittsburgh Black Caps - Southside Field
Colours: Black and Yellow
In 1881, we expand to Pittsburgh and Buffalo, but in 1885, the Saracens and the Black Caps will leave the CL, to become founding members of the Abraham Lincoln Baseball Championship (to become the Lincoln League, and then possibly be renamed to the Presidents League), and teams in Washington and Toledo will be added to the CL.
I have more expansion planned, but that's the basics. When we get to 12 teams (around the mid-1890s), we will probably split into two divisions, and have a Championship Series.
