Is releasing the game the day you want it released the only issue or are there other problems???? I'm asking because you make it sound like the whole thing is a complete disaster somehow.

NO Not a complete disaster at all. I just think that updates have been very slow in forthcoming. I think a release date that coincides with the MLB season would alleviate alot of the dissension and would actually bring in more buyers. (that is when the interest in baseball is at its peak even more so than the World Series cuz every team is playing)
I do however really think that some forum members drive off newer buyers with their attitude and comments. (and OOTP agrees given the sticky).

Somehow its seems that some members dont want OOTP to get popular with the general public cuz then it wont be cool anymore. That attitude is gonna kill this great game.
