OOTP9 The RPG will be a Rpg using OOTP9
All People on Forums can Have up to 10 Players at one Time.
The Starting League Will Consist of 50 Players on 2 Teams Ages 18 - 21 with a 5 Round Amateur Draft and Expansions when the Waiting List has High enough amount of players for a Expansion. When a New Team Starts it Gets 25 Young Players 18 - 21.No playoffs or All Star Game Till There is a Total of 6 Teams.
At 10 Teams Winter League Forms
Rules And Player Templates Will be Posted Soon
Starts in 2009 with Modern Settings
