I had backed up the league very recently on an external hard drive.
I learned my lesson when I totally lost my All-Time All-Star Association about a year ago. I now back up at the end of each day's schedule. I have been saved twice this year by having a very recent back up.

Never really thought of backing up until now, never had any problems so far touch wood but think I'll back up in future.
