A couple of questions.
1. Are there any resources out there on how to GM an online league?
2. How much html/web design do you have to know to run a good online league website (links to standings, league leaders, etc.)? Is there a good program or tool that could let a non-techie maintain a suitable OOTP league website? If not, can anyone recommend a simple HTML guide to get me started?
