Suggestion

Remodel end of career fielding rating declines/disappearance.

Reason

The current modeling for this in some cases makes no sense. Take a center fielder who no longer shows ratings, but seems to have lost no speed and no batting eye, both still good. If he can no longer perform in center field it seems his speed would also be gone, or his eye/hand coordination would be gone. This player sure seems like he still deserves a rating in center. It seems more likely he would retain some ability in center even after the speed starts to decline and the hitting eye declines.

Similar integration of related ratings apply to other player positions.

The point is that players losing fielding ratings should see this more closely coordinated with loss in other relevant ratings.

Player end of career ratings declines needs to be reworked to reflect a more integrated approach.

Priority

Medium. With most of the main structures of OOTP settling in place its becoming time to revisit and refine the player modeling.
