Hard may be for me to agree with The Wolf, but PayPal works perfectly and without hitches. I've had LOTs of problems with my bank and with credit card companies. Never one problem with PayPal and I use whenever its possible to use it.
(Oh, I do hate Microsoft and would never use Outlook or IE, so I guess I can be paranoid when I am in the mood.)
