You can do just about anything with PSP that Photoshop can do. One option is to use a filter or a plugin. Graphics Plus has a starlight filter that looks pretty good after you experiment. Many PS plugins work in PSP. I place all of my plugins in a common folder so I can use them in PSP9, PSPX2 and PS7.

Another option is that you can PM me with your email address and I'll send you a template or two that I made borrowing from No Pepper and Rocknfire7 and others. My templates are in PSPX2 format but I can save them in PSP8 format I just can't verify that I won't loose some of the formatting.

You logos look good and they are something a little different. Gives me another option to try to recreate. I learn how to do things by observing what others do.
