Did not see your response at first. The file specs for start month and start day will override the settings if those specs are given in the file.
What is posted so far and will be posted I will leave and have as starting at the beginning of April since those are more likely to be of general interest. It is quite easy for you to change that though, and it sounds like you may already know how. Where the "SCHEDULE" line has
start_month="#" and
start_day="#", you can simply change the # values. For example, to change from starting at the beginning of April to September, just change
start_month="4" to
start_month="9".
