i don't have the time to join an online league but like to lurk around. despite, i have been following the computer baseball league (oopt2, this would be the one i would love to join if i ever have the time, pretty unique rules, top notch website) and the fobl (ootp3, great third-party stuff, best fictional players' league to me).

crackerjack is another good one, since ootp2's days. i used to follow the xbl, which was a terrific league, kinda like the computer baseball, but seemed a bit slow-pathed for an ootp2 league.
as i said, just an outside opinion as i don't know those leagues from 'the inside'. overall, i think there are pretty good ootp leagues out there.
