I am in that boat right now. I have owned a previous version of ))TP so know I will enjoy it, but I am just undecided if I should buy 9 or wait for 10. I would just pre-order 10 and buy 9 if it wasn't full price. But with it being full price I am not so sure about doing so.
I want to play now, but if 10 has a lot of improvements I guess waiting might be best, especially when there is no release date other than Spring.
I realize this might not be the thread for a question like this, but will look around to see if I can find an answer if now one wants to answer here..but...How long after each version do all the great mods come out for a new version of the game? I have played before like I said, but honestly never got into the mods, mainly because I never had much time in the past when playing anyway. Now I have too much time on my hands, so have a feeling I will really be into the mods this time around.
