You may have already done this but just to be sure (no insult intended).
- You say you loaded the licensed game. Typically, after loading the game you must license it before it can be run. This is typically done via the internet. If it was a re-install where elicense was not removed then this step is not needed.
- Assuming it is licensed, the first run should be done by right clicking and choosing "run as administrator".
