East Point Star Zadoka Wins Triple Crown in TU
When it came to hitting the baseball, Karol Zodoka had few peers in the Tycobbian Union this year. The gifted second baseman for East Point led the league in hitting, home runs and runs batted in to capture the 1st Triple Crown in IPA history.
He put up a .351 average, 54 home runs and 146 RBIs during the 2002 campaign. A truly historic performance.
Speaking to reporters, Zodoka said, "I'd be happy to lead the league in just one of these categories... to win all three... makes this an extra special season. Now I hope the Panthers can really complete the season by winning the Pro Cup playoffs."
