Hey - I lived on Howard Street in Irvington for awhile. It was safe back then!
Back in the day, a milk truck used to deliver milk in a glass bottle to the doorstep. Then 7-11's came and that was the end of that.
Toms River and Seaside Heights were great places to "hang out" as a kid. Pizza, snow cones, girls at the beach. Wise-guys getting whacked coming out of clubs every now and then.
