Many, many more incentives for contracts.
There should be incentives for HRs, OBP, BA, Sbs, XBHs..
Also, even better would be incentives for Career Milestones..
Reason
Makes game WAY more realistic. Easier to find bargains on the Free Agent
market for Small Market teams..
