Real rosters are included.
There is a tool built in the game called the Add Ons Central. It will allow you to add third party photo packs, uniforms, and logos.
You should be able to play a MLB style game within 60 minutes of starting, assuming you have a high-speed internet connection. This is due to the size of the files.
