Personally, I don't think this should be high on the list. How many switch pitchers have there been in major league baseball?
Also, switch pitching creates other problems. Will the opponent use the vsL or vsR lineup? And what happens if a switch pitcher faces a switch hitter? More difficult to implement than it looks, I guess -- and that for a 0.01% chance or something to actually generate such a player. Probably not worth the time, IMO...
