I do not think that is the case (As this is the first time I've encountered this problem in the 20+ of this specific game.
Also it would add up to 100 mill plus if that were the case. This problem just started appearing this season, and only thing I can think of coinciding with it is me downloading the latest patch.
Is there something I can edit maybe through commissioner mode which can fix this?
