I certainly don't think its too easy to win in the playoffs, as I've had some very good teams go down prematurely. Although I do have to agree that the regular season is usually so easy that the playoffs to me seem like the real season. I would really like better team-building logic in the AI, where they would be more pro-active in filling their holes with trades that make sense, as well as smart enough to not let good players go through waivers.
