It's been mentioned by countless people, but the in-game AI must improve. The insane bunting, the pinch hitting for the 3rd/4th place batter (then pinch running if he gets on then having a defensive replacement...in other words burning 3 players for one), the overuse of intentional walks. These seem to fundamental issues that need to be taken care of. You can have all the animation/stadium refinements, but if the in-game AI is still flawed it won't matter. Just my thoughts...I love the game and to be honest I never really noticed the AI's shortcomings until reading through the many posts. After that it was kind of like if your friends tell you your girlfriend is annoying. You never noticed it until someone else pointed it out - now I can't help notice it everytime something strange happens !
