I would expand on this by having a player's personality more reflected in the on-field play as well. A cool-headed John Olerud type will never be described as expressing any disagreement with calls in the play-by-play. A hothead will be more frequently described as arguing calls, as well as doing stuff that would have a bearing on your season even if you don't use the pbp, such as getting himself tossed for arguing those calls, initiating bench-clearing incidents, and just generally being more likely to get himself ejected/suspended for doing something on the field. Not sure if you could model this personality with the existing traits, or if you'd need an additional rating called something like "self-restraint" or "temperament" or "civility" or whatever.
