1. I'm curious about potential ratings. I'm trying the demo out and I see that Maine is only a 42 and Pelfrey is at a 20, can potential ratings jump up huge and bring these guys to where they should be.....or are they destined to suck because they are at the bottom? I'm using the 0-100 scale by the way.

I shopped Billy Wagner around and I got 3 diff offers of minor league players who were all at 20 potential.....is there other things I should look at beside that rating to see if any of these guys are a diamond in the rough?

2. Why are the salaries out and out wrong for some players? Wagner doesn't make 3 mill and Brian Schneider isn't making the league minimum and Santana isn't making 12 mill a year.

3. Why aren't real coaches name used?

4. What does it mean to shortlist?
