I am not in front of my game right this minute (will update when I get home in 90 min .if wrong) but I think if you go to the player page (in your example Dick Groat), then go to Batting Stats and then to the XXXX Splits (where XXXX is current year) I think the drop-downs at that point have the ability to go by opposing team.

OOTP Baseball Manual - Batting Splits

I believe your league needs to have at least "Normal" stat tracking for stats vs other teams.
