Every team needs a few scrappy utility infielders to round out the roster. Keith is just that. Versatile defensively, I've used him all around the infield to better maximize this team's talent.
Unfortunately, his bat leaves something to be desired: Only a .276 OBP and barely above replacement with the bat. However, his scouting report paints a little rosier picture. Maybe he's just in an early-season slump. Also, he can't take a walk to save his life.
You'd figure for a small guy that plays middle infield, he'd be fast? Nope. Speed isn't a part of his game, which is a common theme among Cardinals players (John Burt excepted)
