The first Cardinals home game in a month ended with a 6-5 11-inning Cardinals victory over the Giants. Kelley ended it with an RBI single, bringing home Manny Torres.

More noteworthy was the resiliency of the Cardinals, rebounding from a 5-1 deficit behind the bats of Willie Keith, Quinn Allison, and Torres.

Jorge Montalvo got knocked around, but Pablo Gutierrez pitched five great relief innings for the win.
