Thanks 1998. I usually customize the search to less years experience for entry level teams and then up the experience for AA and AAA, but never thought to look at home town. Sometimes my offers get taken quickly while other times it just takes forever. I'm trying to be more proactve and offer extensions which sometimes works and sometimes not. Oh, well...

By the way, another Yankee fan here, which as a New Hampshire native has never been the easy raod.
