Well, I fudge a bit, in that I count live on TV as seeing him live
Great list on the least favorite too, I detested Bramble after he beat Ray, but eventually warmed up to him later, he was quite a character. Camacho has a well deserved place though. I would also add Kenny Bogner and Zab Judah to my least favorite list.
