St. Louis dominated this one early and often in their first-ever meeting with the Brooklyn Superbas, taking it to them 10-2.
Every starter except for Preston Thomas had at least one hit, and seven different Cardinals had at least one RBI. John Burt added to his 21-game hitting streak with a 2-run HR in the 2nd inning, and Steve O'herlihy pitched another excellent game on short rest as Angelo Pacheco needed another day to recover. He'll start tomorrow.
