League Details:

-draft one All-Time Great player (i.e. Babe Ruth 1921)
-create one ML ready fictional player per point allocation template designed by me
-draft balance of team from 1977 real players
-2 leagues with 8 teams; 162 game schedule (98 vs league, 64 interleague)
-top 4 from each league, 3 rounds of playoffs
-custom financial rules that drive a level of parity over time (proven in prior run of league)
-'Player of Sim' calculated and acknowledged on website
